“Sharing the Spirit of America”

Today we are participating in a nationwide event at the National Flag Day Monument. The Monument is located across from the Batavia, IL, City Hall, address at 100 N. Island Ave.

This will be a national reading of the Declaration of Independence together across the entire country! From the Caribbean to the western edge of the Pacific Ocean, communities are coming together to share this time for reading of the document and reflection on its meaning.
